Service Description
Assessments take place in-person and generally last one hour. During this time your child's language and reading skills will be assessed using interactive methods or paper-based testing.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings made online are subject to confirmation via email or SMS. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. Payments are required following the in-person appointment. Personal Information: All personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for appointment purposes.
