During this telephone consultation information is collected about your child, your concerns about their reading and what you would like to gain from sessions.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings made online are subject to confirmation via email or SMS. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling. Payments are required following the in-person appointment. Personal Information: All personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for appointment purposes.
